Good quality and feels light. Seat is nice, brakes are good. Good looking, 21" high. Arrived quickly and ready to assemble.
No manual included in my order, and none on the Eastern website! No luck finding one online, and tutorials on Youtube were limited. Amazon customer service told me to email the manufacturer. My husband is mechanically inclined, so he was able to figure it out pretty easily.. the brake was a challenge though and took quite a while. You may want to pay a bike mechanic to assemble the brake mechanism for you, to be sure it's operating correctly.
